VANCOUVER, BC, Canada (7 Sep, 2021) — ScalePad is proud to welcome Luis Giraldo to the newly-created role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Giraldo will helm ScalePad’s Partner Success organization and provide thought leadership to the managed service provider (MSP) industry.

Prior to joining ScalePad, the multi-talented Giraldo has found success as an entrepreneur, in various corporate leadership roles, and as a professional musician. Giraldo developed a string of three successful ventures — his current MSP firm Ook (where he will remain as CEO), a documentation SaaS app called Monkey Box (acquired by IT Glue in 2017), and an earlier MSP (acquired by Fully Managed in 2011). Most recently, Giraldo served as Senior Director of Marketing for N-able, driving the content foundation for their MSP marketing platform, contributing to a major rebranding, and developing and hosting a popular webinar series, Café con Luis. While his days of touring as a keyboardist with Colombian pop star Shakira are “firmly in the past,” according to Giraldo, he still plays jazz piano and has recorded multiple jazz albums.
Over 15 years of owning and operating his own technology companies have developed Giraldo into a consummate IT professional and strategist. Giraldo frequently presents on MSP best practices and business reviews & strategies, and will continue to do so in his CXO role with ScalePad.
