This program runs from July 1 to September 30, 2024 (“Program Period”).
This program is only available to Managed IT Service Providers who are using a paid version of ScalePad’s Lifecycle Manager (“Partner”).
Only NEW Infrastructure Protection and/or Workstation Assurance purchases (“Eligible Products”) during the Program Period are eligible for inclusion in this program. Renewals are not eligible.
A “Renewal” is defined as any asset that previously had a Warranty or Workstation Assurance coverage product from ScalePad.
For every 5 NEW Infrastructure Protection covered assets purchased, the Partner will receive a $75 VISA virtual/digital gift card or a $75 Amazon e-gift card.
For every 10 NEW Workstation Assurance covered assets purchased, the Partner will receive a $100 VISA virtual/digital gift card or a $100 Amazon e-gift card (“Gift Cards”).
The Gift Cards must be accepted as offered, and there are no substitutes.
In addition, for every Eligible Product purchase within the Program Period, Partners will automatically be enrolled in a draw for one (1) $5,000 prize (“Draw”) for their business.
The Draw will randomly select an Eligible Product transaction number from a digitally generated pool of transactions and the associated Partner will be declared the “Winner” of the Draw.
The odds of winning the Draw are dependent on the number of Partner purchases of Eligible Products during the Program Period.
The draw will take place at the ScalePad head office located at 3200 - 1021 W Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 0C3 Canada on October 24, 2024, at approximately 9:00 am Pacific Time.
The Winner will be announced at the time of the draw and also notified in writing by email within 1 week of the draw. The Winner may also be contacted by phone.
The Draw will be awarded to the Partner named within the ScalePad order details. Identification as an Owner or designated representative of the Partner may be required to claim the Prize.
The Winner will be able to claim the Draw through direct contact with a ScalePad Inc. representative.
By claiming Gift Cards or the Draw Partners consent to the use of their likeness (photograph, if available), first and last name, company name, and company logo, to be used for any marketing or publicity purposes by ScalePad Inc.
Partners are required to sign a Claim Form to collect their Gift Cards and the Draw.
The Prize must be claimed no later than November 30th, 2024.
It is the responsibility of the Partner to declare any winnings or benefits from this program to the relevant tax authorities as required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations where the Partner operates their business.
Participation is void where prohibited by law or where business entities are restricted from entering due to regulatory constraints.
