ScalePad presents the 2024 MSP Trends Report, a look into the big trends across the MSP industry. See the stats and analysis for the top trends of the year.
This draw is open to anyone who is REGISTERED and IN ATTENDANCE (“Participant”) to ScalePad’s Innovate 2024 digital event held on June 20th at 11:00 am - 12:30 pm ET/ 8:00 am - 9:30 PT (“Innovate”).
By registering for ScalePad’s Innovate 2024, Participants are automatically entered into the draw.
Participants must be 25 years of age or older to be eligible for this draw.
The winning Participant(s) will be selected using a supervised random draw process (“Winner(s)”). A Winner is only eligible to win one (1) time and will not be added to any subsequent draws.
The draw will consist of three (3) all-expense paid Trips to attend an industry event of the Winner(s) choice from a select list of events (“Prize”) provided including:
Roundtrip economy airfare to/from the closest international airport to the Winner’s departure city.
Ground transportation to/from the airport to event accommodations (where applicable).
Single occupancy accommodations at a ScalePad-selected hotel that is in line with accommodations aligned to the event for the duration of selected industry events.
$500 Spending Card to cover meals, snacks, and miscellaneous outside of the event.
Ground transportation to/from the industry event where not included with the event.
Access pass to the selected industry event.
Dinner with the ScalePad event team.
ScalePad Gift
The Prizes will be awarded as follows:
One (1) Prize will be awarded to a Winner drawn from the pool of participants registered for Innovate.
Two (2) Prizes will be awarded to two individual Winners drawn from the pool of people attending Innovate live, online.
Two (2) Prizes will be awarded to two individual Winners drawn from the pool of people attending Innovate live, online.
Choice of industry event may be subject to additional terms and conditions unrelated to and outside of ScalePad Inc. and this draw. Industry event access may be subject to availability.
The Prize must be accepted as offered, and there are no substitutes or cash value in exchange for The Prize.
Industry event access is subject to availability and may require a second choice should the Winner select a Trip that is unavailable in any way (e.g. flights, accommodations, event access, etc.).
In circumstances where specific items pertaining to the Prize are unavailable, fully booked, or obstructed in any manner rendering it unreasonably challenging for ScalePad to fulfill, ScalePad retains the right to modify components of the Prize at its sole discretion and/or provide a suitable alternative where feasible.
In the event that a Winner selects a Prize and arrangements related to the Prize have commenced, should the Winner become unable to attend or need to cancel for any reason whatsoever, they shall irrevocably forfeit the Prize without recourse for substitution or any alternative reward or compensation from ScalePad.
The odds of winning are dependent on the number of attendees at the ScalePad Innovate event.
The draw will take place at the ScalePad head office located at 3200 - 1021 W Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 0C3 Canada on June 20, 2024, at approximately 9:30 am Pacific Time.
The Winner(s) will be announced at the time of the draw and also notified in writing by email within 1 week of the draw. The Winner(s) may also be contacted by phone.
The Prize(s) will be awarded to the Participants named on the ScalePad Innovation registration list. A copy of a government-issued photo ID may be required to claim the Prize.
Winners will be able to claim the Prize through direct contact with a ScalePad Inc. representative who will help make arrangements accordingly.
By claiming a prize, the Winner(s) consents to the use of their likeness (photograph, if available), first and last name, company name, city or town of residence, photographs, video recordings of their Trip related to The Prize to be used for any marketing or publicity purposes by ScalePad Inc.
Winners are required to sign a release form related to both ScalePad Inc. and any 3rd Party partner/vendor related to The Prize.
The Prize must be claimed no later than July 31, 2024.
