Today, with heartfelt gratitude and appreciation, I am thrilled to announce I have stepped into the role of CEO at ScalePad. When my brother and I founded “Warranty Master” in 2015, we could never have imagined the impact and scale you would help us achieve in the MSP industry. The journey we’ve embarked on together has been nothing short of extraordinary, and I am incredibly grateful for the relationships, successes, and unwavering support you’ve provided along the way.
In 2019, I met with Dan Wensley at my home in Vancouver and invited him to consider the challenge of taking the helm as CEO of ScalePad. He not only accepted the mission but went on to deliver results far beyond anything we ever imagined. Over the past five years, Dan has achieved results that surpassed even our most ambitious goals, growing the business more than 10X. As of today, ScalePad has 240 employees, a global presence, and over 12,000 partners—thanks to your trust and collaboration.
I’m equally excited to share that Dan will move into an Operating Advisor role with Top Down, where he will help recreate his success with ScalePad with other businesses in the portfolio. As part of his new role, he’ll continue to be a strategic advisor for ScalePad and continue to play a significant role in your future. I can’t wait to see the impact Dan will have as he starts his next chapter while continuing to be an integral part of our family.
