Quoter + CloudBlue PSA

Customer Lookup

To create the integration in CloudBlue PSA

1. Navigate to Setup > External systems > Settings.
2. Select  then select Quoter.
3. In the Name field enter a name for the integration.
4. In the Grant type Client credentials is automatically populated.
5. Enter the relevant information in the following fields:
   

   Field name	Description
   Client ID	Used to enter the API client ID
   Client Secret	Used to enter the API Client Secret
   API host	Used to enter the API host URL
   API hash key	Used to enter the API hash key
   Default Jurisdiction	Used to to select the Jurisdiction that will be used when pushing the product with pricing for the selected jurisdiction

6. Select Save.
7. Select the Quoter integration you have just created then select  .
8. Copy the information in the Pattern field and paste it somewhere it can be edited, for example Notepad.
9. Replace the {API_KEY} information with the CloudBlue PSA API user key you copied and pasted earlier.
10. In Quoter navigate to Settings > Integrations and edit the integration you created earlier.
11. In the URL field delete the URL you entered and replace it with the pattern, including the API key, from CloudBlue PSA then select Save Integration.
12. In CloudBlue PSA select Authenticate.
13. Once authenticated select the Enable check box, then select Save.
    Once connected customers (known as People in Quoter) can be linked, quotes created and product items in CloudBlue PSA can be exported into Quoter.
