FAQ

What do you mean by "Unlimited Users"?

It's common to buy software on a per-user basis. Our pricing is different! It's one flat fee whether you have one user or one hundred.

Grow your team and make Quoter accessible to everyone in the company without affecting your cost. This level of software accessibility is beneficial to fostering more collaborative and compatible workforces within remote/hybrid workplaces. With Quoter, you can get the whole team quoting and build a positive sales culture together.

What does the one-time activation fee include?
The activation fee includes a fully-supported onboarding with our Success Team, you'll learn how to import your products and services, set your proposal styling, and configure your account settings and integrations.
What happens if I exceed my plan usage limits?

 If your Monthly Quote Limit is reached, we will limit your ability to publish new quotes until the next calendar month, when the limit resets. You can continue to publish revisions to existing quotes and draft new quotes.

We recommend upgrading your plan to one with a higher quote limit.

Do I need a payment gateway to accept online payments?
Yes. To accept online payments using Quoter, you must have a supported third-party payment processor, such as Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal, and more.
Do you charge any transaction fees for online payments?

No. We do not charge transaction fees for payments that you accept through Quoter.

Can my client and quotation data be exported?

Yes. You can export your client and quotation data at any time.

Can I turn off the online payments feature?

Yes. You can turn off the online payments feature if you wish to accept payments via other means. In that case, you may want to use Quoter's Electronic Acceptance feature instead.

How am I billed?

Your credit card will be  automatically charged each month for a 12-month term based on your chosen billing plan. You will receive an invoice each month clearly indicating what you were billed for.
